Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Meraki boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
